The Lamore Foundation for Inner Wealth
DOC.03 / CURRICULUM AND SURVEYS

Curriculum and Surveys

A tiered, data-driven behavioral health framework designed specifically for the unique culture of the trades.

PROGRAM 01 / PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventative Maintenance

In the trades, crews never run heavy machinery into the ground without a structured service agreement. Yet, the construction sector faces some of the highest suicide and opioid overdose rates of any industry. Preventative Maintenance is a tiered framework that respects the self-reliance and solidarity of the workforce, moving away from passive, check-the-box clinical lectures to install an ongoing, unshakeable safety infrastructure directly onto the active job site.

01

The 1-Hour Intake Briefing

The Focus

Situational awareness, breaking the stigma, and introducing the core tenets of peer recognition.

The Delivery

A fast-paced, 60-minute safety briefing delivered directly at the union hall or apprenticeship class. We teach our practical, 3-step conversational script (Observe, Align, Direct) and deploy our anonymous digital survey.

02

The 4-Week Field Mechanic Series

The Focus

Building concrete internal habits to manage the intense physical and mental pressures of the industry.

The Delivery

Four structured, 15-to-30 minute modules delivered during weekly safety stand-downs or training blocks over a single month: Structural Integrity, Fuel & Friction, Crew Diagnostics, and Load Testing.

03

Certified Crew Mechanics

The Focus

Embedding certified, visible peer advocates directly into active crews.

The Delivery

A specialized, half-day (4-hour) training intensive for volunteer journeymen, foremen, and shop stewards, certifying their commitment to anchoring crew culture across the entire project framework.

04

Corporate System Audits

The Focus

Bi-annual psychological safety audits and data tracking for executive leadership teams.

The Delivery

Continuous tracking of anonymous local survey data, delivered via structured, high-level corporate dashboard briefings to ownership. Executive briefings focus heavily on cultural metrics, showing leadership the data-driven correlation between a positive crew culture and a measurable decrease in site accidents, turnover, and behavioral health redline events.

FLAGSHIP

Embrace the Growl

The Grit & Growth start-up group program, Embrace the Growl, is a four-week course designed to help you define and move through your current status as it pertains to wellness and balance. You will assess your level of satisfaction in multiple areas of your life, and define spaces where you may feel room for growth. With that understanding, you will deep dive into the limiting beliefs that may be keeping you from thriving within that area of your life. You will curate a mission statement that helps you redirect for forward movement. You will leave with a sound knowing that you can achieve growth in this area of your life if you follow the steps you have created for yourself.

All sessions are group sessions. Part of our philosophy is that within group conversation, moments of inspiration and clarity come sooner. You may also meet someone on a similar path, whose journey may align with yours as you continue to set your plans in motion.

If you do not yet know what that goal is, there is no need to worry. We will work that out together.
